Pics from the LONG week and weekend!

I did not even edit these pictures, just not into today.
This is Scott's nephew setting the young bull up for me to take
his picture. He will be shown in Tulsa later this month. Allen is
10 years younger than Scott, his uncle. Scott was a late in life child
so he is as old as many of his nieces and nephew. It's not funny either
for we have GREAT nieces and nephews. I'm too young for that.

This is our great nephew showing his steer.
He is so handsome, the nephew, not the steer.
Well?????

Our niece is showing her steer as well.

These are prospect steers and hopefully will go to Tulsa as well.

The kids had to compete against each other in the grand champion class.

They did not win, but there is always Tulsa!

These two kids have shown livestock for years. They started in 4-H and now are active in FFA. Their family has had livestock for a very long time and I can tell you, they know how to feed one out. We have purchased two halves (no, not one whole beef, a half of one steer, and a half from another!) and they are delicious!!!

I think these are nice looking. But then I know nothing about cattle. I think it is great that the kids are into this. It keeps them off the street and in the barn. Where there are hay lofts. Get them kids out of the barn immediately and out on the street.

I don't know much about cows, but these look real purdy. I really like the white one.

What does FFA stand for?

I Loved going to those things when we lived in Hick town. You don't see many cows over at the beach lol. Looks like you had fun.
Blessings my friend.
