My Saturday Morning

Miniature Horse Show
Now this is not to be confused with a small horse show,
It is a horse show of Miniature Horses.
AND I WANT ONE...OR TWO.
We saw that they were holding the National Finals
at the Tulsa Fairgrounds and decided to go see it.
Tori, my niece loves horses but was a little
shy around the horse when she got up close to it.

This is a two year old gelding and he is BEAUTIFUL.

There is a little saw dust in his mane, he has been laying around all day.

This is a leopard Appaloosa Mini. I think his name is Pete.

This is the youth class showing in Halter. I believe these kids were 12 to 17.

These kids were six or seven and younger. Can you believe that?

Look at this little girl. She is probably about six.
I know this looks like nothing, but it is the center part of the ring.
It was actually very pretty.

The winner is....the lighting was hard for me to get decent pictures but you get the idea.
Reserve Champion, That horse is so pretty.
Even my mom said we need one of these horses. I think we need at least two. We bought $20.00 worth of tickets to win a little cart. If we DO win the cart, I WILL be buying a miniature horse. How could I not?

arent they awesome! I could have scored you a miniature horse last year for free! my mom and dads neighbors decided they couldnt take care of theirs and asked my mom and dad if they knew of anyone who would take him.

My uncle took him. He is so adorable, I am in love with them too. The big horses dont know what to think about him. LOL

keep looking, you will find one. I love the appaloosa!

They are so cute! There's an annual parade in our town of miniature horses and it's one of our favorite family outings!

I want one! They are so cute! I'm curious about their line...are they a branch of Shetland? When I was a kid I had a Shetland pony named Pumpkin' and we had such fun! The little girl who won this show must have had a wonderful day...and I hope you win that cart too, but what will your other 4-legged kids think?

Well we will just have to see who gets one first! From Guess Who? And, YES, we are related!
