Guess How Much Today?

3" of MORE RAIN
Can you believe it? Three inches of more rain today. I know that there are so many that are in need of rain, so don't be angry with us for hogging it all. But we really would be more than happy to share. I promise!
I had the kids today, that would be my niece and nephew. They love coming to Aunt Lisa's house as much as I love having them. And I had told them if they would come over we would go see the movie Kung Fu Panda. It was sooo cute and I had a great time. Plus Trent knows how to really doctor up the popcorn. UUMMM GOOD. Then we came home to play in the water that was still running down the "wet weather" creek. The kids had a lot of fun. Trent is also taking guitar lessons so I had to get a shot of that too.

And look who is missing their two front teeth. I want to go on record saying "I" had nothing to do with her losing them. I did not tie them to a doorknob, I did not have her eat an apple, I did not tie them with dental floss, or any other torturous method. In fact I do not know how she lost them, but they are gone.

It was cute, when Trent got through with his guitar lessons he begged his mother to let him come stay the night with me. I was so happy to see that he wanted to do that. I don't know why, we don't really do anything, maybe it is just to get away from his sister for a while. But he is getting to the age that he is pretty fun to be around and he is pretty easy to keep. I like that. Not to demanding of the time, but yet wants to hang out with me. That's cool. I am SURE that won't be the case for much longer. I can rest assured it won't be. But I had my photography class starting back up again tonight so I couldn't keep him. Maybe later, definitely later. Let's see I wonder what else I want to do that I need a "cover" that I can use the nephew for? I will have to think about that. He's easy.

Glad to see you made it through yet another rain storm! Wow! This rain is getting a bit old, isn't it. And Indiana is flooding too. And just south of us in southern Minnesota and across the border into Iowa there are floods. ABC News showed a house floating down the river in a town south of here where we like to go camping! It's unreal!

Your niece and nephew are darling! Glad you had a fun time with them.

Blessings on your day,
Marge

Alright, enough bragging about all the water you've gotten. ENOUGH! ;)

Torturous methods, huh? Was that aimed at me? As a matter of fact, we pulled out MissC's second tooth last night. With dental floss. NOT tied to a doorknob. I learned my lesson on that one.

She looks super cute with her front teeth gone, I think that's my favorite smile. The big toothless one.
