Angie Buie Family

The Buie Matriarch

This wonderful lady was my mothers maid of honor over 50 years ago. They are cousins, in their 70's and Angie is one very active and talented lady. Her husband Charles passed away about 15 years ago and she has lived alone and taken care of EVERYTHING all by herself. She is very crafty, hard working , and very kind spirited. Since moving back to Sand Springs I have had the opportunity to become much closer to this lovely lady. I can remember spending time with her and her two daughters when I was growing up. But I have not seen the "girls" in probably 30-35 years. The "girls" are now all grown up and with girls of their own. It was my gift to Angie for her birthday to take family pictures when they were all together for Christmas. I was so happy to spend time with MY cousins once again.

This is the oldest grand daughter.

And then her sister with "grams".

The two sisters.

This picture below is the hands of

grandma, two daughters

and four

grand daughters!!!

The whole family.

Oh these girls love their grandmother.

Grandma with "her" girls!

They are all close in age!
Get along really well.
Two live in Houston, two in Ft. Worth.

And the girls loved being silly and fun.

I loved it too.

This one made me miss my mom more than anything has since she passed away. You are doing a wonderful job. I am serious, I may need to fly you out to Panama City, FL in June when we do a "family vacation/reunion".

These are ALL so wonderful. I have a poem about "Grandma's hands" I'll have to forward it to you...These pictures look very professional and I was unable to choose "A favorite"...you are just getting better and better!

On Earl: yes, there is an officer who says he is helping me look into his family's whereabouts but so far I think I've come up with more because I sit and talk with Earl for long extended times and bits and pieces surface. Right now I'm trying to get him to remember his daughter's last name...there are a lot of Angies out there!

Dadgum Lisa, you are getting very good!! How about if I get my babies all groomed up pretty, we get together for some photos... After THE GAME of course... when the weather gets nicer. Or do you photograph dogs other than yours?
